This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property for lease is located in Harrison County, WV. The property is completely wooded with predominately mature hardwoods. There is a nice creek bottom with a nice flowing stream. I saw some well used deer trails throughout the property as well as some decent buck sign. The west side of the property is quite a bit steeper than the eastern side of the property, and atop the ridge on the west side was absolutely full of big mature oaks. You could see where both deer and turkey had been in there pretty heavy. There is a cemetery on the property and family members still have a right-of-way to get up in there and visit. It has not been very well maintained, but it does exist, so please be mindful of this. Parking on this property will be limited to the south east corner by the old gate posts, as shown on the map marked in blue. ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only. Camping will be limited based on location, however acceptable. This property maps out to be quite a bit larger than it says in the deed. Approximately 15-20 miles to nearest lodging, shopping, etc...
